CinemaKon ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information the CinemaKon Android app and this website handle, why, and who it is shared with. CinemaKon does not require an account or sign-in to use.

Information We Collect

CinemaKon does not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information. The limited data we do process is anonymous and is never linked to your identity:

• Device or other identifiers — used to serve advertising through Unity LevelPlay.
• App interactions — anonymous usage data such as screens visited and content played, used to improve the app.
• Crash logs — diagnostic information collected when the app encounters an error, used to improve stability.
• Push notification token — an anonymous token used only to notify you when new content is added. This is optional; you can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect any of the following:

• Personal information (name, email, address)
• Financial information
• Health & fitness data
• Messages, photos, videos, or audio files
• Files, documents, calendar, or contacts
• Precise or approximate location

Advertising

We display advertisements through Unity Ads, served via Unity LevelPlay mediation. To serve ads, Unity may collect and use device identifiers. You can limit ad personalization at any time in your device settings under Google → Ads. Unity's use of this data is governed by its own privacy policy at unity.com/legal.

Data Sharing

We share device identifiers with Unity Ads / Unity LevelPlay solely for the purpose of serving advertising. We do not sell your data, and we do not share any other data with third parties.

Data Storage

Your watchlist ("My List"), Continue Watching progress, and playback preferences are stored locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device and is not sent to our servers.

Data Security

All data transmitted between the app and our services (including content delivery and advertising) is encrypted in transit using HTTPS.

Data Deletion

Because CinemaKon does not collect or store personal information on its servers, there is no personal account data to delete. Locally stored data (watchlist and progress) can be removed at any time by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app. If you have any questions about data deletion, contact us at the email below.

Third-Party Services

Our app relies on the following third-party services, each with its own privacy policy:

• Unity Ads / Unity LevelPlay (advertising)
• Expo (app infrastructure and push notifications)
• Video hosting and delivery providers (content streaming)

Content

CinemaKon provides links and embeds to video content hosted on third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party video hosts.

Age Requirement

CinemaKon is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
